La Rambla is definitively the most important street in Barcelona since it is a 1.2 kilometer-long tree-lined pedestrian mall in the center of the old city of Barcelona that attracts numerous tourists and locals. This tourist attraction in Barcelona used to be a military fortress, but at present

Fundació Antoni Tà pies is an interesting center that was created by Antoni Tà pies who is a recognized artist. He pretended to promote the study of modern and contemporary art that is why there is an important library in this building. This library still conserves the original shelves and it is specialized in modern and contemporary art since it was the main aim of its founder.
It offers interesting exhibitions and lectures, among other kind of activities. It has one of the most complete collections of Tà pies’ work. The address of the Fundació Antoni Tà pies is Aragó 255. At present this building is under reconstruction and its telephone number is 34 934 870 315. You can ask for more information. This incredible site in Barcelona also offers guided tours so that you won’t miss anything. The library remains open from Tuesday to Friday (11 am – 8 pm) but you can also call and ask for an appointment.

Barcelona offers numerous interesting places to visit and the Anella OlÃmpica is definitively one of them. It is also known as Montjuïc’s “Olympic Ring”. It used to be one of the major competition sites used during the 1992 games.
The Anella OlÃmpica has many facilities such as the Olympic Stadium (Estadi OlÃmpic Lluñis Companys), the Palau Sant Jordi sports hall and the Picornell swimming pools.
There you should also visit the National Physicial Education Institure (INEFC) and the telecommunications tower, which are also facilities offered by the Anella OlÃmpica.
