La Rambla de Canaletes

La Rambla is definitively the most important street in Barcelona since it is a 1.2 kilometer-long tree-lined pedestrian mall in the center of the old city of Barcelona that attracts numerous tourists and locals. This famous street has five names since it has five sections. The first one is La Rambla de Canaletes where you can appreciate the Font de les Canaletes fountain.

La Rambla de Canaletes that is the top part of La Rambla running into Plaza Catalunya has a new fountain since the old city walls were demolished a more modern fountain was made. The Anella Olímpica

Barcelona offers numerous interesting places to visit and the Anella Olímpica is definitively one of them. It is also known as Montjuïc’s “Olympic Ring”. It used to be one of the major competition sites used during the 1992 games.

Casa Milà, Barcelona

Casa Milà is better known as La Pedrera. This wonderful building, which was designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí, is most visited by tourists. It is situated at 92, Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona.

Tibidabo

Tibidabo in Barcelona is a significant attraction that appeals to numerous tourists and locals. It is a mountain that is overlooking Barcelona, one important tourist destination in Spain that has a lot to offer. Tibidabo is an impressive mountain since it is 512 meters where you can get wonderful views of the city and the coastline.

Montjuïc in Barcelona is worth a visit

Montjuïc is a well known hill located in Barcelona reside the harbour. From there you can have a wonderful view of the city. There are great art galleries in the Montjuïc.
The top of Montjuïc was the site of numerous fortifications. The people of the neighbouring Ciutat Vella used the slopes of the Montjuïc to grow food and graze animals.

In Montjuïc you can visit Palau Nacional, the Olympic stadium, the ornate Font Màgica fountains, among many other interesting sites. The Palau Nacional houses the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, which is an fascinating place to visit.
In the northwest of Montjuic you can get in touch with Poble Espanyol, which is a village. And you can also visit the sport facilities that were used during the Olympic Games in 1992. You should visit the Palau Sant Jordi. It is great.
